Our great client launched their annual chronic conditions member program and is looking for several Internal Medicine or Family Practice Nurse Practitioners to provide ongoing coverage. Weekday and weekend shifts are available. Practitioners will visit members to complete medical assessments in order to allow the client to better understand the patient’s projective needs for the next year in conjunction with Medicare. Currently, NPs are needed throughout all counties in Texas. Therefore, this flexible opportunity can schedule the medical assessments according to the practitioner's availability and close to each NP's desired community. This is ideal for a wide range of NPs – from those searching for supplemental shifts to NPs seeking full-time opportunities. |
